Website Navigation Settings Help

Set the navigation links of the website and display them on the website front page.In addition to setting the default top navigation, you can also add other location navigation according to your own needs, such as footer navigation, sidebar navigation, and other forms of custom navigation content.

The navigation list supports up to 2 levels of navigation links, which means it only supports 1st level dropdown navigation links.

Navigation Category Management

In the default settings, the system includes this default navigation category. If you need to customize other navigation, such as footer navigation, you can add a new navigation category through the custom navigation category, such as adding one: Footer navigation

After adding, you can add navigation links to this navigation category.

Navigation link settings

The options that can be set in the navigation link are:

  • Parent navigation
  • Navigation links support 2-level navigation links, so you can set the current link as a primary or secondary navigation by setting the parent navigation. Choosing the top-level navigation means that the current link is a primary navigation, displayed in the top-level list. When set to a specific navigation, it can only be displayed under the child navigation of the set navigation.
  • display name
  • The display name is the text name displayed on the front page navigation, it can be easily and flexibly changed, and does not necessarily match the link type.
  • Subheading name
  • Some navigation displays require dual titles, for example, if Chinese is displayed, and English is also wanted, the corresponding text can be added to the subtitle for front-end display calls.
  • Navigation description
  • Some navigation displays may show a brief introduction for the current navigation, and this can be achieved by setting the navigation description.
  • Link Type
  • The link type supports three types of links, namely: built-in links, home page links, text model home page, product model home page, and other custom model home pages.Category page links Category page links can select existing categories, pages as navigation links.External links External links can flexibly add various web links, which can be internal links or external links.
  • Display order
  • The purpose of the display order is to sort navigation links, for example, if I want to add a link later and display it at the top, then by setting the display order number to be less than that of other links, it can be moved to the front.
