Contact Information Settings Help

Contact information settings can be set to include contact person, phone number, contact address, email, WeChat ID, and WeChat QR code information. If the default settings do not meet your needs, you can also customize new settings.

The default settings that can be set are:

• Contacts are generally used to set the display contact information on the front end, used to address customers, for example: Mr. Wang
• Contact phone Contact phone Generally, the phone number that can be contacted by the user is filled in, and displayed in an appropriate position on the front desk.
• The contact address is the same, mainly used to mark your contact address, convenient for customers to contact you, and call at appropriate positions on the front end, such as the footer, contact us, and other positions.
• The email address is the same, mainly used for convenience in sending you emails, so that customers can contact you, and it is called at appropriate positions on the front-end, such as contact us and other positions.
• The WeChat ID is the same, mainly used for convenience in adding you as a friend and for customers to contact you. It can be called in an appropriate position on the front end, such as the footer or contact us section.
• WeChat QR code is the same as above, mainly used for the convenience of users scanning to quickly add you as a friend, convenient for customers to contact you, and appropriately call it in front-end positions such as the footer, contact us, and other places.

Custom settings parameters

When the built-in parameters cannot meet the requirements of your template call, you can add some required parameters through custom parameter settings, as shown in the example, we added the WhatsApp contact informationWhatsAppThis custom parameter can be called through the template when it is calledWhatsAppto display the WhatsApp contact information to the user

Here are the things to pay attention to:

• The parameter name is the name provided for template calling, letters will be automatically converted to camel case, which means the first letter of each word is capitalized and there are no spaces in the middle.You can also set the parameter name in Chinese, but it is recommended to set it in English.
• The parameter value is the content displayed after the template calls the parameter name.
• Note that this note will not be called by the template, it is only used to better identify the purpose of this custom parameter for subsequent viewing and modification.
