The article is scheduled for release at midnight, by default, no one will receive a failure email. The scheduled release is determined by time factors, and the document is set to pending release, and then the system scheduled task will turn it into an official document at the appointed time; the email reminder covers events such as new comments, email verification, order submission and payment, and subscription confirmation, and the release schedule is not included in the template. The fallback method is to check the pending release list and background logs the next day.
The article is scheduled for a midnight timed release, and if it's not sent out, by default, no one will receive an email reminder. These two things belong to two different chains: the timed release (time factor) is responsible for converting the document from the pending release status to an official document at the set time; the email reminder is responsible for reporting site events, such as new messages, email verification, order submission and payment, subscription confirmation, and the release schedule is not included in its template. Therefore, the answer to the question 'If the article scheduled for midnight is not released, will anyone know the next morning' is that notification is better than inspection.
The scheduling action itself is a batch setting: After selecting a document, set the start and end time of publication and the number of documents per day. The system allocates a time slot for each document at intervals, sets the document status to pending publication, and keeps the main text in the draft side. It is only copied into a formal document at the scheduled time. Therefore, the document status is divided into four types: formal document, draft, pending publication, and recycling bin. Pending publication is an intermediate state that can be seen and modified.
After the time point, who executes determines the form of failure. This step is handled by the internal scheduled tasks of the system, with a limit on the number of documents processed in a single round, and the scheduling is concentrated, so it takes several rounds to complete. From this, three common causes of failure can be deduced: the site process was not running that day (due to restart, crash, or maintenance window covering the early morning hours), the scheduling time slot conflicts with the daily quantity configuration, causing some documents to be pushed to the next day, and the column not being ready, causing published documents to fall into the wrong position. The first two will not report errors to the editor, and the third can only be seen on the front page.
The email reminder covers the site event template: message notifications, replies to visitors, email verification, order submission and payment confirmation, product recommendation and subscription confirmation. This group has a clear recipient on the other side - readers or buyers. Operation events (such as scheduled tasks not executed, certain rounds of tasks skipped) do not belong to this category and therefore have no corresponding template.
This does not mean that the email reminder is useless. For sites with paid content and a lot of message interaction, timely event notifications are necessary; properly matching the SMTP service, sender identity, and template text is the premise of this link. However, it cannot be relied on as a publication monitoring tool.
Three layers of backup, from low to high cost.
The first is to look at the release list the next day. If the scheduled manuscripts are still stuck in the pending release, they can be counted at a glance, and the remaining problem is just why it didn't go. The second is to locate the problem through the background operation log and batch import records, whether it is a scheduling issue or a process issue. The third is to make the inspection a fixed action: after batch scheduling, check the results of the most recent release the next day, focusing on the column affiliation and status, especially for the content migrated from the old system, often the classification mapping is wrong, which appears on the list page.
If the site indeed needs to be released successfully at midnight, the method is to stagger the time - schedule the release during the time window when there is someone on duty, which is more reliable than relying on a notification that will not ring.
What is the difference between scheduled release and draft?A draft is an incomplete state, which can be previewed using a link with a preview parameter; scheduled release is a completed task but the time has not yet arrived, which will be converted to formal documents by the scheduled task at the scheduled time.
The server restarted at midnight, will the scheduling be rescheduled? The content that has arrived will not be lost, and the scheduled tasks will process them after the process is restored; when setting the schedule, if the day's period has passed, this part will be pushed to the next day's time slot instead of being sent out that night.
Can you add a failure reminder email? The existing template is for site events, and there is no corresponding template for publishing schedules. Monitoring relies on spot checks and logs, or the schedule can be moved to a period when someone is on duty.

Member groups determine which articles readers can see: The system sets access permissions based on user groups, and article reading, attachment download, and interface reading are all judged by the group. The paid tiers must match the permissions, relying on order management, financial management, distribution management, and public account integration to share the same user system. When adjusting the tier, first check the historical orders, and then synchronize to check the reading level, column range, and interface reading rules.

The intelligent dialogue on the back-end and AI automatic writing are two capabilities: the former is a question-and-answer operation and troubleshooting assistant, equipped with an AI tool set covering content, SEO, operation and maintenance domains, which can be called by the intelligent body; the latter produces the main text, tags, and illustrations during the composition process, and has been provided in the system since April 2023. Both have different intervention points in the editing process, and the fact checking and review before publication are still completed by humans.

The anti-capture interference code blocks the party that performs bulk extraction: it inserts hidden text that is not visible to ordinary readers or adds random class names generated by the page address to the tags when rendering the main text. The text seen by normal readers in the browser does not change, so it does not affect reading. It is different from the sensitive word filtering and keyword replacement in content security settings, and it is recommended to verify it once from both the foreground reading and source code viewing perspectives after enabling it.
