The intelligent dialogue on the back-end and AI automatic writing are two capabilities: the former is a question-and-answer operation and troubleshooting assistant, equipped with an AI tool set covering content, SEO, operation and maintenance domains, which can be called by the intelligent body; the latter produces the main text, tags, and illustrations during the composition process, and has been provided in the system since April 2023. Both have different intervention points in the editing process, and the fact checking and review before publication are still completed by humans.
Behind the scenes, the intelligent dialogue and AI automatic writing do two different things for the editor: intelligent dialogue solves 'I know what needs to be changed, but I don't know where to configure it, will this step go wrong?' It reads the site status, gives conclusions, and performs controlled actions when necessary; AI automatic writing solves 'The topic is determined, but the main text is still empty', it produces the main text in the process of creating the draft, and also generates tags, illustrations, and title keywords. The former is an assistant for operations and troubleshooting, and the latter is an assistant for creating the first draft, usually missing a manual review in the process when both are treated as the same thing.
AnQiCMS built-in AI Chat intelligent dialogue, equipped with a set of AI tools covering content, SEO, operation and maintenance, business and other fields, which can be independently scheduled and called by AI Agents. Its value lies in answering context-based questions: why this column did not generate, whether to rebuild the cache after changing a certain switch, and how many sites will be affected by this batch operation. Answering such questions requires reading the configuration and status, rather than searching for a general tutorial.
Can the tool interface be safely entrusted to a conversational assistant, depending on the convergence method? The system is built-in with MCP Server, the tool is unifiedly converged according to the intent directory, supporting Bearer Token authentication and round-level operation approval, merge confirmation for write operations, and can also be accessed by external AI clients such as Claude and Cursor. The design approach is very clear: the set of actions is controlled and subject to approval, rather than exposing all the backend capabilities to the model.
AI writing (AI automatic writing) has been available in the system since April 2023, with the intervention point being the creation of articles. Three other features were also implemented simultaneously: AI automatic tagging provides tags at the time of the draft, AI painting or title automatic matching provides images, and AI TDK provides the title, keywords, and description. These features are all in the 'blank to draft' section, not in the 'draft to publication' section.
The AI Skill System (Skills) is the third form: content planning, SEO analysis, batch operations, site health checks, troubleshooting, template development and API development, these systematic steps are encapsulated into skills, called by the intelligent body according to the task. The difference between it and dialogue is that skills have fixed steps and outputs, while dialogue proceeds according to questions.
| Editing process stage | Intelligent dialogue | AI automatic writing |
|---|---|---|
| Topic selection and column confirmation | Check column structure and give suggestions | Not bear |
| First draft of the main text | Can rewrite specified paragraphs | Main intervention point |
| Tag and image matching | Can be batched for filling | AI automatic tagging and imaging |
| Title keyword description | Can be reviewed | AI TDK generation |
| Troubleshooting and configuration confirmation | Read status and give conclusion | Not bear |
| Review and fact-checking before release | Leave for people | Leave for people |
Three should be left to manual handling. Fact checking: Numbers, versions, and third-party product claims in the main text should be traceable, as AI-generated statements are only drafts. Tone checking: Words that pose compliance and advertising law risks cannot be judged by machines without context. High-risk operations: For actions like backups, upgrades, and multi-site actions, set exposure ranges based on intent domains, default to closed, and need to be explicitly enabled, even if called by an intelligent agent, this approval step must also be passed.
The reasonable way to write the editing process is: AI produces the initial draft and completes metadata, humans do the verification and release, and operational actions go through controlled tools with traceability.
Can dialogue replace the writing function? It can produce text, but the two have different goals: dialogue follows questions, while automatic writing links tags, illustrations, and TDK when creating articles, making the process more complete.
What if the AI tries to arrange tools on its own, would it get out of control?Writing operations are subject to round-by-round approval and merged confirmation. The high-risk areas are closed by default, and any out-of-bound actions cannot pass the approval.
Does the AI-written content still need to be reviewed by a person?Yes. Fact checking and口径 review are both responsible for by humans, and this boundary is most easily ignored in automation.

In the background AI skills, the problems solved by site health check and fault exclusion are different: the former is a full-site inspection to produce a list of items to be repaired, and the latter locates the cause of the existing exceptions. The sequence is to run health checks to establish a baseline first, and then proceed with fault exclusion when anomalies occur, with operations written and merged for confirmation at round-level approval.

Automatic title image matching is suitable for large amounts of routine information with frequent updates, allocating images according to the title content can save repetitive actions; however, product detail images, illustrative diagrams that require factual accuracy, and charts with data still need to be manually selected. This article explains the sequence of image matching, AI automatic tagging, and TDK in the publishing process, as well as the explanatory text that needs to be added after the automatic image

Member groups determine which articles readers can see: The system sets access permissions based on user groups, and article reading, attachment download, and interface reading are all judged by the group. The paid tiers must match the permissions, relying on order management, financial management, distribution management, and public account integration to share the same user system. When adjusting the tier, first check the historical orders, and then synchronize to check the reading level, column range, and interface reading rules.
