Feature Introduction

The member group determines which articles the readers can see, and how the levels match the permissions.

Member groups determine which articles readers can see: The system sets access permissions based on user groups, and article reading, attachment download, and interface reading are all judged by the group. The paid tiers must match the permissions, relying on order management, financial management, distribution management, and public account integration to share the same user system. When adjusting the tier, first check the historical orders, and then synchronize to check the reading level, column range, and interface reading rules.

Permission configuration Member system

Feature Introduction

The membership group determines which full text the reader can see, the mechanism is to set access permissions according to the user group: the group not only manages whether you can log in, but also manages whether you can access the content of the full text, download attachments, and read interfaces. The paid tiers should match the permissions, not by copying an article for each tier, but by the same user system being referenced by order management, financial management, distribution management, and public account integration. If the tier is changed but the permissions are not changed accordingly, the reader will perceive it as 'paid but unable to see the content', and such issues are most concentrated on the day of tier adjustment.

Does the group control reading or downloading?

Both things need to be checked. On the reading side, control the text: readers in the group get the full content, while readers not in the group see a guide, and the text itself does not appear in the response. On the download side, control the attachments: content such as data packages, drawings, and templates are released according to the group. If the reader's identity is incorrect, the link cannot access the file.

Determine whether the boundary of the group is clear, you can look at this: the difference in the same article seen under different groups is determined by the group rules or whether two copies of the text were manually copied. The latter will double the archiving, statistics, and updates, which is a signal that the permission design is deformed.

Where does the permission fall?

The first place is in the document itself. The content model can add reading levels and fields such as price and inventory, and custom fields determine which attributes different content types can have, and permission judgment reads these fields.

The second place is in the interface. When mini-programs, Apps, or third-party systems need to read paid content, they follow the same user system: high-frequency API calls such as document lists, details, categories, and tags must carry the reader's identity, and the interface documentation specifies the scope of reading by grouping, to avoid the caller guessing. Public interfaces and authentication interfaces are separated, and paid content is only available from the authentication path.

The third place is displayed at the entrance of the site front page. Whether the articles that are not grouped are displayed on the list page, site map, or search results, this item needs to be confirmed in the background, and it is easy to miss just by looking at the detail page.

How do the levels and orders correspond?

The tier corresponds to benefits, and the benefits fall into the user group. Order management records which tier the reader bought and when the validity period ends; financial management checks if the actual income is consistent with the tier; distribution management involves recommendation relationships and commissions, and the same reader's group source may not be a single one; the official account connects the identity on the WeChat end with the group within the site. These areas share a set of user systems, so when adjusting the tier, one cannot only change the grouping rules.

Inspection items Why to look How to check
Historical orders The remaining validity period of readers who have paid cannot be downgraded Randomly check the group corresponding to orders whose validity period has expired
Reading level and group mapping The correspondence relationship between tier and permission is written in the configuration. Verify each file one by one, avoid multiple files using the same group
Column and article scope Modifying the file may also change the visible range Access once with each group identity
Interface read rules Third-party end must judge according to the same rules Call the interface once with identity to see the return
Distributor relationship Changes in groups brought by recommendations are easy to miss Check the accounts with recommended relationships
Expiration and renewal Revoke permissions after expiration Verification with expired accounts is invisible

Check which items during file transfer

Suggested sequence: first configure and verify on the new group, then change the mapping, and finally handle historical orders. Leave a rollback point in the middle, so you can return to the original mapping if it goes wrong. If you also use scheduled content (time factor) scheduling, pay attention to the change in position will change the visibility range of the content to be published together, and it is safer to preview once before publishing using the group identity.

Common questions

What if a reader belongs to multiple groups?Take the effective range according to the platform rules, and it is recommended to configure to avoid multiple levels sharing a group, which is more cost-effective to investigate.

Will changing the group affect the published articles? It will affect the visibility range, the main content itself will not change, and after changing the group, use the group identity to review the front-end list and details.

Should the interface have a separate set of permissions? No. The interface reads from the same user system, and the rules are only maintained in one place.

The intelligent dialogue in the background and AI automatic writing are not the same thing, each taking care of a different step for the editor.

The intelligent dialogue on the back-end and AI automatic writing are two capabilities: the former is a question-and-answer operation and troubleshooting assistant, equipped with an AI tool set covering content, SEO, operation and maintenance domains, which can be called by the intelligent body; the latter produces the main text, tags, and illustrations during the composition process, and has been provided in the system since April 2023. Both have different intervention points in the editing process, and the fact checking and review before publication are still completed by humans.

Which to run first in fault exclusion and site health check in AI skills

In the background AI skills, the problems solved by site health check and fault exclusion are different: the former is a full-site inspection to produce a list of items to be repaired, and the latter locates the cause of the existing exceptions. The sequence is to run health checks to establish a baseline first, and then proceed with fault exclusion when anomalies occur, with operations written and merged for confirmation at round-level approval.

If the article is sent out at midnight and fails, will someone receive an email?

The article is scheduled for release at midnight, by default, no one will receive a failure email. The scheduled release is determined by time factors, and the document is set to pending release, and then the system scheduled task will turn it into an official document at the appointed time; the email reminder covers events such as new comments, email verification, order submission and payment, and subscription confirmation, and the release schedule is not included in the template. The fallback method is to check the pending release list and background logs the next day.
