Can. The customized content model solves the problem of 'inconsistent field structures in different columns': industry, scale, and achievement figures for case columns, positions, locations, and responsibilities for recruitment columns, each built a model instead of being crammed into article fields. This article provides examples of field splitting for two columns and explains how titles, keywords, and descriptions are automatically generated after modeling, and how static links and sitemaps receive new column inclusion.
Can a column with different field structures such as cases and recruitment be built by relying on a custom content model? Yes, and this is exactly the design purpose of the content model: to allow each column to store content according to its own field structure, rather than forcing cases into the mold of 'articles'. The ability of a site's backend to support business columns is judged by how complete the set of custom fields is.
The information structure of ordinary articles is 'title + content + tags', which is sufficient; but case pages naturally have more fields such as industry, customer scale, and achievement indicators, and recruitment pages naturally have more fields such as job categories, work locations, and responsibility lists. Putting them into the content comes at the cost of not being able to filter or display them structurally on the list page, and it requires flipping through the content one by one for later changes in scope. The approach of the content model is to define a separate field set for each type of content, generate the input interface according to the model, filter the list page by fields, and take values from the template by fields - in the same system, articles, cases, and recruitment each have their own structure.
| field | Type | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Customer industry | Single selection/enumeration | Filter by industry on the list page |
| Scope of cooperation | Numeric + range | Sorting and comparison display |
| Summary of achievements | Short text | Paragraphs extracted by the answer engine first |
| Time of launch | Date | Timestamp |
| Related products | related content | Internal links and anchor text linking |
The key to splitting fields is to isolate information that will be filtered and referenced. After the summary is separately written in a paragraph, the template can render it at the top of the page, and it can also be displayed directly on the list page, without needing to write an introduction for each case
The structure of recruitment varies greatly: job titles, work locations, position levels, responsibility lists, and requirements are all screening dimensions. After setting up the fields, the list page naturally supports filtering by location and position levels, and the submission entry can also be unified on the model; by the end of the year, to count 'how many types of positions were recruited this year', just check the fields, no need to read hundreds of articles. Conversely, if recruitment is published in ordinary articles, these statistics and filters will become a manual task.
The fields are complete, and the metadata can be automatically generated. When creating new content, the title, keywords, and description, this set of SEO elements (TDK) can be automatically organized according to model rules, and tags also support automatic tagging, saving the need to fill in manually one by one; the generated results allow manual changes, and the revised ones are subject to the human perspective.
The new column is completed, the entry for collection should follow: Use static rules to generate stable URLs for case, recruitment list pages and detail pages to avoid the dynamic addresses with parameters from swinging during indexing; Group the site map by column to include the new addresses in the list, so that the search engine can see them all at once. These two steps are configuration items in the background, no code needs to be changed, and a test of the new pages before going online is enough.
In three cases, it is recommended to reuse the existing model: fields that differ by only one or two (solve with extended fields, do not open a new model); columns with a content volume consistently below two digits (maintenance cost greater than return on investment); and those with the same structure but different display positions (solve with category classification). The model is a structural contract, difficult to merge after it is built, better to be sparse rather than abundant.
Can existing columns be converted into custom models?Migration can be done: first build the model, then import the old content in bulk according to field mapping, and during the transition period, the old addresses are assigned 301 redirects to maintain continuous inclusion.
Will changing the model fields affect the online pages? Will, field additions and deletions need to be synchronized with template values, and first validate on the draft content before modifying the formal column.
Can multiple sites share the same model? In a system that supports multi-site management, model definitions can be reused across sub-sites, avoiding the need to rebuild for each brand site.

Before direct publishing, the AI-generated title, description, and tags need to be reviewed for four aspects: whether the title and description can be independently cited and have consistent tone, whether the automatic tags fall within the range of the keyword library, whether the automatic image matches the content, and whether the main text passes the sensitive word filtering and content review. AnQiCMS's AI writing capability has been built-in since 2023, and the output still needs to pass the review gate.

When integrating multiple brand websites into a single backend management system, permission isolation needs to be considered in three layers: site visibility range, user group boundaries of editors and reviewers, and the scope of high-risk operations at the entire site level. AnQiCMS's multi-site management is designed for multi-brand and multi-theme scenarios, where user groups and VIP groups determine accessible content, and operations such as backup and upgrade are not open by default.

Fine-tuning of style, replacement of text blocks, and local structural rearrangement of these three types of template modifications can be safely entrusted to AI visual editing; public components, data field values, and caching strategies must be manually reviewed. This article outlines the boundaries of AI-assisted template modification according to the type of modification, provides the operation sequence of backup before modification, rollback after modification, and acceptance of going online, and explains the position of the skill mechanism in batch template tasks.
