Feature preview
AnQiCMS provides AI writing features starting from April 2023, stringing together repetitive content production processes: automatically generating tags when creating articles, automatically assigning images based on the title content, and generating TDK keyword descriptions for the title. It comes with built-in AI Chat and a skill set covering content, SEO, operations, and other domains, which can be arranged and called by an intelligent agent, with humans responsible for选题 and fact verification.
「From automatic tagging, AI painting to TDK-generated full-process automation」,this is what AnQiCMS's AI writing feature aims to solve: stringing the most repetitive steps in content production into a process, filling it out in one go within the system, and humans only responsible for选题判断 and fact review. This capability is not a single-point tool, and has gradually expanded since providing AI writing in April 2023, now covering four aspects: writing assistance, tags, image matching, and title keyword description, and with the built-in AI Chat and skill system, forming a reusable production line.
The earliest point of landing is writing assistance: editors draft the manuscript in the background, while AI is responsible for continuation, rewriting, and structural suggestions. Afterward, gradually, the 'empty fields around an article' are also included in automation, because what really consumes time is not the text itself, but whether to mark tags, where to find the pictures, and how to fill in TDK. This evolution logic determines the form of the automation process: triggered by the action of creating an article, filling in the surrounding fields at one time.
AI Chat built-in intelligent dialogue, with a set of AI tools covering content, SEO, operations, business and other domains, which can be independently edited and called by AI Agents. That is to say, the actions in the writing chain can be triggered by buttons or handed over to the dialogue-based arrangement.
When creating an article, tags are automatically generated, which solves two old problems: missing tags and synonyms splitting the tag surface. The available process is to place tag generation after saving and before publishing, so that editors only do subtraction and do not fill in from scratch. When fine control is needed, you can go through a keyword library for centralized management of SEO keywords to ensure that a batch of articles will not use two sets of names.
The illustration is divided into two paths. One is AI painting, generating images according to the context of the content; the other is automatic title illustration, automatically allocating images based on the title content, suitable for batch content because it does not require separate conception of the image for each article. When importing dozens of articles in bulk, the value of automatic title illustration is more direct: it saves not only the time spent on finding images but also the repetitive labor of size, naming, and replacement.
It should be noted that illustration is a replaceable field. After going online, if you want to replace the image that is more suitable for the business, you can cover it at any time without considering the first generation as the final draft.
TDK generates a title, keywords, and a description. The key point of practice here is to treat it as a draft rather than the final draft: the title should match the user's real question, the description should be able to be quoted independently of the text, and the keywords should match the actual coverage scope of the page. The most likely problem among the three is that the description is too long or too short, making it complete enough to be quoted is more important than meeting the word count standard.
AI automatic tagging, AI painting, and AI TDK all belong to the same mechanism: fill in the inferable fields first when creating articles, and then calibrate manually. The built-in skill system covers content planning, SEO analysis, batch operations, and site health checks, and can further solidify these calibration actions into repeatable steps.
Can AI writing replace a person in writing a full article? It cannot replace it as a whole. The positioning of AI writing within the system is to assist in content creation, and the facts, data, and conclusions in the main text still need to be reviewed by humans; automated stable returns are in fields such as tags, illustrations, and TDK that can be inferred.
Can I change the automatically generated tags and images?Yes. The automatic tags and title images are initially generated when created, can be overwritten before publication, and can also be replaced again after batch content goes live.
What do we need to check manually after TDK is generated?First, check the description. The description needs to be able to be quoted separately from the text, and the model's version often lacks this point; second, check if the keywords are consistent with the actual content range, to avoid conflicts with existing names in the keyword library.

AI painting, automatic tagging, and AI TDK save the three stages of manual work in the content production process: picture matching, classification, title, and description writing. Content sites with a large volume of postings and a fixed number of human resources have the most direct benefits, while personal blogs and low-frequency sites have limited benefits. Sensitive word filtering and content review at the intake level cannot be omitted, and AnQiCMS configures the generation and review in the same process flow.

When AI completes the manuscript and simultaneous human review, the quality is controlled by three layers separately: the generation layer is responsible for output and automatic labeling, the rule layer uses sensitive word filtering and keyword replacement to intercept certain issues first, and the manual layer relies on draft preview and pending release status for control. The sequence is that the rule layer takes effect before the manual layer, and humans only deal with judgment issues left by the rule layer, and only mass output can sustain.

The backup range should be determined according to 'any missing data during recovery counts as a failure': only backing up the database will result in the loss of uploaded images and attachments, and only backing up files will result in the loss of article structure, categories, and user data. AnQiCMS supports backing up data including static files together, combining the two types of content into a single operation. The availability of the backup should be determined by recovery drills, not by file size; the backup is a site-wide operation, and permissions should be controlled according to controlled actions.
