Feature Introduction

Which type of site is the most time-saving for using functions like AI painting and automatic tagging?

AI painting, automatic tagging, and AI TDK save the three stages of manual work in the content production process: picture matching, classification, title, and description writing. Content sites with a large volume of postings and a fixed number of human resources have the most direct benefits, while personal blogs and low-frequency sites have limited benefits. Sensitive word filtering and content review at the intake level cannot be omitted, and AnQiCMS configures the generation and review in the same process flow.

Auto Labeling AI Writing

Feature Introduction

AI painting and automatic tagging features save the most time for content stations with a large number of posts and a fixed number of editors. This is because the three segments of manual labor saved every day are repeated: finding pictures for articles, categorizing articles, and writing titles and descriptions. For websites that post only a few articles a month, these three manual labor segments don't take much time and the benefits are not obvious. AnQiCMS has been providing AI writing capabilities since April 2023, and later integrated automatic tags, AI painting, and AI TDK into the same publishing process, which can take effect permanently after one-time configuration.

Which part of the manual labor does each of the three functions replace?

The automatic tagging replaces the classification action before publication. After an editor finishes writing an article, it needs to be judged which category it belongs to and which tags should be attached. These tags also affect the associated display on the internal aggregation page and the list page. Common problems with manual tagging are not mistakes, but rather being slow and arbitrary, with the same concept appearing in different articles in four or five different ways. When creating an article, AI automatically generates candidate tags, and humans only make modifications, significantly improving consistency in classification.

Title auto-matching images (AI painting) replaces the material action. Every article needs a picture that represents the content, and editors often spend ten or fifteen minutes flipping through the image library, finally selecting a picture that has little to do with the text. Auto-matching images allocate pictures according to the title content, turning 'finding images' into 'changing images'. If the image is not accurate, it can be manually replaced, which is cheaper than finding images from scratch.

AI TDK is a writing action substitute. The title, keywords, and description determine the display copy on the list page and in search results. Writers often submit the main text after writing and leave TDK blank or let the system truncate it. AI TDK generates candidate copies based on the main text, and the editor can review them accordingly.

Which type of site has the highest profit

The profit is roughly as follows, sorted from high to low by content production characteristics:

Marketing websites and industry content sites that update daily or more are the most time-saving. The bottleneck of this type of site is that 'there must be enough content every day and each article must be readable', and all three capabilities are directly pressed against the bottleneck. Cross-border e-commerce sites and multilingual sites are next, because the translated content also needs to be matched with images and categorized, with more repetitive actions. Government portals and corporate websites are again, with low frequency of publishing, but high requirements for TDK and categorization, automatic generation of candidates followed by manual review, is more time-saving than writing from scratch.

Personal blogs and experimental site income is limited: the frequency of posting is low, the labor cost of pictures and tags is not high, and the time saved by automatic ability does not outweigh the adaptation period for one-time configuration and review.

Which scenarios are more time-consuming instead?

Three scenarios need to be judged in advance. The first is strong compliance content: medical, financial, and policy interpretation articles, where tags and descriptions directly affect compliance judgment. The candidates generated automatically still need to be checked item by item, and some time will be saved back. The second is sites with copyrighted or factual constraints on images, such as product shots and case images, where the images must be specified by a person, and the automatic image matching can only be a fallback. The third is sites with highly customized content models, where the meanings of fields are special, and when the candidates for automatic tags do not match the existing tag system within the site, manual sorting adds an extra procedure.

Why can't the finishing layer be saved

The ability to generate solves 'whether there is', the closing layer solves 'whether it can be released'. AnQiCMS provides sensitive word filtering and keyword replacement, content review in the content security settings, and the pre-publication check is carried out by the system rather than human memory. Once the automated production volume goes up, the feasibility of reading each article manually quickly decreases, and websites without a closing layer will put errors online.

This is the reason why AI capabilities and security settings are configured in the same system: the writer's workflow, generation parameters, and review rules are responsible for the same batch of content, and it is possible to locate specific rules when an error occurs rather than compare between multiple tools. Anti-crawling interference codes and content review belong to the same level of thinking and are both sealed at the end of the publishing chain.

What order should be configured before going live?

First define the tag system, then turn on automatic tagging. When the tag system is chaotic, the automatic ability will only amplify the chaos.

Then define the image allocation rules, confirm the size performance of the automatically allocated images on the list page and detail page, and adjust the image field in the template if necessary.

Finally, turn on AI TDK and retain the manual review process: the draft status is first confirmed by the editor, and then proceed with publication or scheduled publication. It is recommended to pilot in a single category first for all three capabilities, run for a week to see the proportion of mislabeled and mismatched images, and then decide to turn on the entire site. During the pilot period, record the不合格 samples as the basis for adjusting the tag system and prompt words, which is more valuable than directly turning off the function.

Common questions

Will the automatic tags cover the tags I write manually?Automatic tags generate candidates when creating articles, and humans can delete or modify them. The tags at the time of publication are final, and it is recommended to retain manual confirmation during the pilot period.

Can the images generated by AI painting be replaced? Can, the automatic image matching is the initial image assigned according to the title, and it will not be overwritten after editing, and the specific configuration is subject to the site configuration.

Should a small site open these features?First look at the monthly number of published articles and whether there is a fixed editor. If there are few published articles and someone reads them, the income is limited; if there are few published articles but no one manages TDK and classification, the cost-performance of opening AI TDK and automatic tags is higher.

Who is responsible for the quality control layer when AI-written manuscripts and manual review run simultaneously?

When AI completes the manuscript and simultaneous human review, the quality is controlled by three layers separately: the generation layer is responsible for output and automatic labeling, the rule layer uses sensitive word filtering and keyword replacement to intercept certain issues first, and the manual layer relies on draft preview and pending release status for control. The sequence is that the rule layer takes effect before the manual layer, and humans only deal with judgment issues left by the rule layer, and only mass output can sustain.

Should the uploaded files and database be backed up together?

The backup range should be determined according to 'any missing data during recovery counts as a failure': only backing up the database will result in the loss of uploaded images and attachments, and only backing up files will result in the loss of article structure, categories, and user data. AnQiCMS supports backing up data including static files together, combining the two types of content into a single operation. The availability of the backup should be determined by recovery drills, not by file size; the backup is a site-wide operation, and permissions should be controlled according to controlled actions.
