The process of entering information, adding images, tagging, writing title descriptions, and scheduling publications can be automated. Fact verification, risk statements, and external communication must be confirmed by personnel. This article analyzes the AI writing, automatic title image matching, AI automatic tagging and TDK, batch import, and scheduled publishing capabilities of AnQiCMS in five stages, and provides the manual checkpoint settings for each stage.
In the repetitive labor of website content production, tasks such as inputting, adding images, tagging, writing titles and descriptions, and releasing can all be automated. The tasks that require human intervention are fact verification, risk statements, and external communication. AnQiCMS has built-in capabilities corresponding to this process: AI writing, automatic title image matching, AI automatic tagging and AI TDK, batch import of ZIP and Excel, timed publishing based on time factors, and quality checkpoints with sensitive word filtering and content review.
| Link | Automatable actions | Intranet capabilities | Parts that still need to be done by hand |
|---|---|---|---|
| Inputting | Generate a draft according to the template, import historical content in bulk | AI writing, bulk import | Data and fact verification |
| Picture matching | Match pictures according to the title, generate picture matching | Automatic picture matching and AI painting based on the title | Consistency of copyright and brand |
| Tag | Automatic tagging, generate title description keywords | AI automatic tagging, AI TDK | Term matching and de-duplication |
| Review | Sensitive word filtering, keyword replacement | Content security settings | Risk statement and external position |
| Publish | Scheduled online, status transition | Timing factor scheduled release | Online window and responsibility confirmation |
AI writing is an integrated feature in AnQiCMS. This capability has been provided since April 2023 to assist in content creation. It is a reasonable position in the process to 'produce an editable draft', not 'publish directly'. Set up a manual checkpoint between the generation of the draft and the release, and the efficiency and benefits still exist, but the risk is isolated before the release.
Existing content migration is more suitable for batch import. AnQiCMS supports batch importing documents with ZIP compressed packages and Excel tables. Historical articles should be prepared in structured tables for one-time entry. Two things must be determined before importing: field mapping (which column of the table corresponds to the title, content, category, tags, and abstract) and duplicate handling (whether to update or skip if there is an existing document with the same title). If these are not determined, the import results can only be cleaned up manually later.
The title automatically assigns images based on the title content, suitable for parameter descriptions, tutorials, and general information that does not require high image meaning. Images involving product appearance, contract invoices, and portraits of individuals still need to be replaced manually.
AI painting and AI automatic tagging take effect when creating articles: tags are automatically generated, images are automatically prepared, and title keywords (TDK) are automatically produced. These three truly save the fixed action of
After tag automation, there still needs to be a centralized management location, otherwise the number of tags will increase with the amount of generation. AnQiCMS' keyword library is used for centralized management of SEO keywords, converging the generated tags according to the library's corresponding relationships, which can avoid the expansion of synonymous tags.
Three positions cannot be handed over to an automatic process. The first is facts and data: once automatically generated, no one is responsible for models, parameters, prices, dates, and these must be checked and confirmed by someone. The second is risk expression: sentences involving commitments, comparisons, and user data require manual judgment. The third is the external mouthpiece: brand names, product positioning, compliance statements, and other consistent content across the entire site, changes affect a wide range.
The quality checkpoint can be set within the system. AnQiCMS's content security settings support sensitive word filtering and keyword replacement, content review, and pre-positioning of rules in the publishing process, allowing the machine to screen out obvious problems first, and humans to handle only the parts that are blocked. This division of labor is more time-saving than 'relying solely on human reading' and safer than 'fully automated publishing'.
The most easily overlooked aspect of automation is the release rhythm. AnQiCMS supports timed publishing with a time factor, and the document status is divided into formal documents, drafts, pending release, and recycling bin. The draft link can be previewed internally with parameters before going live according to the set time. The benefit of this chain is to decouple 'writing' and 'publishing': the author writes into the draft, and after review, it enters the pending release, automatically turns into a formal document at the scheduled time, avoiding the need for someone to wait for a release time point and stay in the background.
It is recommended to leave a buffer when combining batch import with scheduled release: after the import is completed, check a few samples first, then schedule统一ly, do not put a large number of documents into formal release at the same time, as this will concentrate sudden visits and crawling in the same window.
Will the automatically generated tags disrupt the existing categories?
There is a risk of this, so the source of tags should be converged to the keyword library. The results should be matched with the words in the library first, and if they do not match, they should enter the pending confirmation list instead of being added directly.
Will batch import affect the already indexed page addresses?
It depends on the same topic processing method. If you choose to update an existing document, the address and the relationship with the existing links remain unchanged; if a new one is created, it will generate two similar pages that need to be merged and redirected later.
Can AI writing replace content planning?
No. It is responsible for output, not for deciding what to write. The topic selection and priority are still determined by people according to business goals, and automation only compresses the time of execution.

The multi-category official website wants to avoid relying on directory stacking, the idea is to enter the classification tree stably, place the category differences in the custom content model's custom fields: use fields to carry and support filtering for properties such as model, material, and adaptation scenario, hand over the terminology to the keyword library, interconnect across categories with anchor text management, and automatically link the in-site keywords to maintain a shallow and stable hierarchy.

Configure the language ownership and switching of the site layer of the multilingual site, manage the content output of the page layer through full-page translation, and the two layers need to work together to keep the content of the small languages up to date with the main language. The executable approach is to synchronize the pages after the main language is finalized, assign an update person for each language, and check the consistency of the translated pages with the original version in the release check; use multi-site management in parallel for the multi-brand matrix.
