What daily actions can the AI skills on the back-end schedule, and how to limit the scope before batch operations?

The AI skills of AnQiCMS backend cover content planning, SEO analysis, batch operations, site health checks, troubleshooting, template and interface development, and daily actions, which can be sequentially arranged by the intelligent body according to input and output. This article lists the actions that can be arranged by category, the confirmation points before batch execution, and the range control method for the default closure of high-risk operation areas.

Batch operation AI Skill

Feature Introduction

The AI skills of the background can be arranged for daily actions that occur repeatedly, with clear input and output: content planning, SEO analysis, batch operations, site health checks, troubleshooting, template development, and interface development. The scope is limited by two things, one is to keep the high-risk operation domain closed by default (DefaultOff) and explicitly open when needed; the other is to converge the scope of action to clear screening conditions before batch execution, so that each step has a verifiable list of objects.

Skills covering daily actions

AnQiCMS's AI Skill System (Skills) is a built-in, extensible set of capabilities, which is配合 AI Chat intelligent dialogue and covers content, SEO, operation and maintenance, and business AI tool sets. It can be called sequentially by agents (Agent) according to tasks. In terms of categories, the actions that can be arranged are roughly as follows:

Skill Category Typical Action Enter output
Content Planning 选题清单、栏目内容盘点、更新计划 Column Scope and Time Window To-Do List
SEO Analysis Keyword Coverage Check, TDK Integrity Check, Internal Link Suggestions Page or Category Scope Problem list and suggestions
Batch operation Batch change categories, batch tag, batch adjust status Filter conditions and target values Number of affected items and execution results
Site health check Configuration item inspection, troubleshooting of abnormal pages Site Inspection report
Troubleshooting Locate error reporting links and provide troubleshooting steps Description of phenomena Trace path
Template and interface development Modify template segment, generate interface call example Requirement description Code or call description

The most important thing to emphasize in this table is that 'input must be a range' rather than 'input is a wish'. If only a sentence like 'Tag all old articles' is given for batch modification of tags, the execution result is unpredictable; if 'under a certain category, before a certain date, status is formal document' are given, the target object is a list that can be checked.

Input and output during arrangement

The skill is only truly efficient when used in a sequence. A common chain is: the SEO analysis skill first produces a list of issues, the content planning skill converts the list into a to-do list, the bulk operation skill adjusts according to the to-do list, and the site health check skill reviews at the end. Every step in this chain leaves a readable result, and errors can be traced to specific steps, rather than assigning the entire task to a single conversation.

Pay attention to three points when arranging. First, run the read-only analysis skills first, and then run the write skills, so that the write actions are based on the verified object list. Second, the output of each step should be readable, avoiding the transmission of unverified intermediate conclusions between skills. Third, compare the execution results with the expected number, stop first if the quantity does not match, and do not continue to叠加 operations.

The domain is closed by default.

Range control is the other half of this ability. The AnQiCMS interface sets the exposed range according to the intent domain, and operations such as backup, upgrade, and multi-site management, which are high-risk operation domains at the site level, are closed by default (DefaultOff), and need to be explicitly opened by the site administrator. This constraint is especially needed in the multi-site scenario: when managing multiple independent sites with a single backend, an operation that is not limited to a specific scope may affect multiple sites at the same time, and the default closed status reduces the probability of such accidents to after manual confirmation.

This design also clarifies the responsibilities. What skills can do depends on the currently enabled domain; not on how the model understands your words. For the site, controllability comes from the switch, not from the prompt word.

Confirmation point before batch execution

It is recommended to check these five items before each batch operation:

  1. Are the filtering conditions complete, and are categories, status, and time range all clearly written?
  2. Is the number of affected items within the expected range, and it is recommended to do a trial run or count query first;
  3. Do you already have a backup? AnQiCMS supports backup and recovery of data and static files, and it is recommended to leave a fallback point before batch writing.
  4. Is the high-risk domain opened as needed, and turned off after use?
  5. Check the sampling after execution, randomly look at a few actual results from the affected objects.

Items 3 and 5 are most likely to be skipped. The problem with batch operations is usually not 'all failed', but 'some are wrong', and it can't be found without sampling.

Common questions

Will AI skills directly damage the online content?

The risk depends on the domain opened and whether a rollback point is left. Read-only skills do not change data; write skills need to confirm the scope of action and the number of affected items before batch execution, and keep backups to limit the risk to a recoverable range.

Can a skill decide to call other skills by itself?

It can be arranged by an agent for calling, but the write operation should go through a confirmation step, clarify the scope of execution before implementation, and not let the link expand autonomously.

What should be noted when opening a high-risk domain?

Open with the minimum range, close after use, and keep a record of changes. The authorization for full-site operations also belongs to the actions that require auditing.

How to use custom fields in the content model, so that the multi-category official website does not rely on directory stacking.

The multi-category official website wants to avoid relying on directory stacking, the idea is to enter the classification tree stably, place the category differences in the custom content model's custom fields: use fields to carry and support filtering for properties such as model, material, and adaptation scenario, hand over the terminology to the keyword library, interconnect across categories with anchor text management, and automatically link the in-site keywords to maintain a shallow and stable hierarchy.

How should the configuration of multi-language sites and full-page translation be coordinated, and who is responsible for updating minority languages?

Configure the language ownership and switching of the site layer of the multilingual site, manage the content output of the page layer through full-page translation, and the two layers need to work together to keep the content of the small languages up to date with the main language. The executable approach is to synchronize the pages after the main language is finalized, assign an update person for each language, and check the consistency of the translated pages with the original version in the release check; use multi-site management in parallel for the multi-brand matrix.
