How to check for title and description repetition when there are many articles, is there a ready-made entry in the SEO configuration?

After the number of articles on the site increases, the repetition of titles and descriptions mostly comes from template application and batch generation of two paths. This article explains how to use the check entry on the SEO configuration side: the review of automatically generated TDK results, keyword library topic collision positioning, batch view of drafts and pending publication status, and how to ensure that the same content is only included once through pseudo-static and push settings, so that duplicate checking changes from manual searching to a regular routine with a fixed workflow.

SEO Configuration TDK

Feature Introduction

How to check for duplicate titles and descriptions when there are many articles, is there a ready-made entry in the SEO configuration - first give the conclusion: there is no one-click button for duplicate checking, but the AnQiCMS backend has laid out three lines: review of output when AI generates TDK, keyword library collision positioning, batch browsing of document status views, and then cooperate with pseudo-static and push settings to ensure consistent inclusion口径. It is unrealistic to find duplicates by manual page flipping on a site with thousands of articles, but routine inspections with these three lines are realistic.

Where do the duplicates come from in two paths

The first is the template path: The title format of the entire station is unified into a template like 'Column name - Station name', and when there are many columns, the same page title is generated for different articles; If the description field also uses the template as a fallback, batch articles with empty descriptions will output the same default summary. The second path is batch processing: when AI writes automatically or imports in bulk, AI TDK (Automatic Title, Keyword, Description Generation) generates descriptions based on the title, so input similarity naturally leads to output similarity; The same content is entered twice, the title almost never changes. The source is identified, and the items to check become clear: the template is checked for the final output, not the original title field in the database - the original text is not repeated but the output is repeated, which is the most common and hardest to be discovered by the naked eye.

How to use the ready-made entry

The first entry is the generation side review. AI automatic tags and AI TDK automatically generate tags and title keywords during article creation, and during batch operations, the instruction 'The title and description generated automatically must be manually reviewed before publication' should be written into the pre-publication checklist, and the repetition rate will be reduced by half in this process. The second entry is the keyword library. After the main keywords of each column are centralized, check the keyword library before the title of a new article is finalized: how many articles are already under the same keyword, and whether the first few characters of the title are similar - the positioning of duplicate titles relies on the keyword library rather than memory. The third entry is the document status view. Formal documents, drafts, and pending publications are listed separately, and content imported in bulk or generated by AI is initially stopped at the draft and pending publication states. In this view, sort by title and scan through once to confirm that there are no duplicate topics with published content before allowing through; In case the template is changed incorrectly, it may cause batch repetition. The draft status should also make the rollback cost controllable, when deleting, enter the recycling bin instead of physical deletion, and there should also be steps down for accidental operations.

Ensure that the inclusion口径 is only one

After checking for duplicates, you also need to ensure that the search engine sees only one line of title source: The static rule determines the page URL structure, and if the same content can be accessed through multiple addresses, parameter variants and trailing slashes will create 'different URLs, the same title' duplicate inclusion;301 Redirect merges historical addresses to the main address, Sitemap only submits canonical link scope, Baidu/Bing actively pushes and keeps the same batch of URLs as on-site link push.If there are a lot of exact match words pointing to the same page kept in anchor text management, it is also recommended to clean them up into natural expressions during inspections. These settings are all within the SEO configuration items and belong to the type of 'do once, check regularly'. Just do a random check of the output of robots and sitemaps during the quarterly inspection.

Routine inspection minimum movement line

Provide a rhythm reference by quantity: On the day of batch import or AI batch generation, go through the generation side review; once a week, pull a list of duplicate topics from the keyword library; once a month, export and compare the title descriptions of the most recently published and the earliest batch of high-traffic articles; check the pseudo-static, 301 and push settings once a quarter to see if they are still running according to the main standard. The line is fixed, and duplicate issues are intercepted once at the entry and collection stages, no need for a 'big cleanup'.

Common questions

Question: Is there a tool that can directly list duplicate titles?Answer: There is no dedicated duplicate detection report on the site. The fastest alternative is to export a table by sorting the document list by title, and use the counting function of the table software to locate completely duplicate items; 'Duplicate output' caused by template splicing still needs to be checked on the collection side according to the above workflow.

Question: Can TDK generated by AI be released directly without review?Answer: It is not recommended. The generation criteria are based on the title and text statistics, and it is expected that the output tends to be similar in batch scenarios, with low review costs and high cost of rework (revised title causes collection fluctuations).

Question: How should old articles that have been confirmed as duplicates be handled?Answer: Prioritize merging over deletion: Retain the better article, merge the content, and redirect the other one to the retained page via 301 redirect; for articles that need to be taken down, go to the recycle bin to leave a path for recovery.

How much can be saved by using a single backend for multiple brand sites with duplicate configuration?

Multiple brand websites share a single backend, the main savings are not in the time it takes to build websites, but in the repeated configuration and batch maintenance: a new site requires fewer environmental and account setup steps, and changes to text and links are handled by replacing them in bulk across the entire site, with high-risk operations at the site level concentrated in a few domains that are closed by default. This article calculates the benefits by itemizing the configuration and explains which situations are not suitable for merging.

Can membership grouping and permissions only control the visibility of articles?

Members can control the visibility range of articles through group management and permissions, but the control points are not just the detail page: the list, in-site search, and interface reading all need to converge according to the same set of user group rules, otherwise, restricted content will leak out from the abstract or interface. This article explains how to divide the group, why the content review needs to be overlapped in the submission scenario, and how to ensure the consistency of permissions on the interface call side.

What qualifications do AI-generated images for AI illustration and AI painting need to pass before being used in the formal release of articles?

Before AI-generated images enter the formal article, it is recommended to go through three checks: whether the image is consistent with the text, the details of the image and the copyright risk, and whether the tags and title descriptions derived from the illustrations are deviated. AnQiCMS's automatic illustration, AI painting, and automatic tagging are generated on the same link, and there is still content review and sensitive word filtering in place before publication. A window for manual review should be left for scheduled publication.
