The AI skills (Skills) in the background make content planning, SEO analysis, batch operations, site health checks, troubleshooting, template development, and API development into built-in extensible capabilities, which can be independently scheduled and called by the AI Agent. Batch write operations are merged and confirmed in rounds, not one by one. This article explains the scope of skills, the granularity of approval, and which actions should not be entrusted to automatic execution, as well as the fallback preparation after errors.
Background AI skills cover operational actions, which can be understood in terms of content planning, SEO analysis, batch operations, site health checks, troubleshooting, template development, and API development; the approval of batch operations is not a confirmation for each command, but rather a single confirmation for all write operations in the same round, and then executed. Understanding this granularity is necessary to determine which actions are suitable for skills and which must remain in the manual process.
The Skills system is a built-in extensible ability set, which, in conjunction with the AI Chat intelligent dialogue, constitutes the operational entry point in the background, and can be independently scheduled and called by the AI Agent. Falls into daily operation:
| Task type | Typical Action | Whether it includes write operations | Suggest approval method |
|---|---|---|---|
| Content Planning | Generate选题 list, organize tag structure | No | Can be executed automatically |
| SEO Analysis | Check the title and description, column link structure | No | Can be executed automatically |
| Site health check | Inspection of configuration items and status | No | Can be executed automatically |
| Batch operation | Batch change categories, batch adjust tags | Is | Execute after round-level merge confirmation |
| Template development / API development | Modify the template, interface对接 | Is | First verify on the test site |
| Troubleshooting | Locate the error and provide handling suggestions | As the situation requires | Manual confirmation required when changes are involved |
Read-only checks and analysis actions have low risk and are suitable for release; the focus for write operations should be on the number of affected lines and the ability to rollback
The backend built-in MCP Server, the tool surface is based on the intent directory for unified convergence, the external AI client (such as Claude, Cursor) connects and still calls the same set of intents, and will not bypass approval. Write operations are merged and confirmed round by round: multiple modifications prepared in one round of skills are packaged into a pending confirmation action, and the operation and maintenance personnel see which objects need to be changed and what the modification content is, and execute once after confirmation. This is more convenient than clicking item by item and also avoids executing only half of the way through.
When setting the exposure range based on the intent domain, operations such as backup, upgrade, and multi-site operations belong to high-risk domains, which are in the DefaultOff state by default and need to be explicitly enabled to appear in the list of callable tools. In practice, there are three boundaries:
Leave a recoverable backup point before batch operations, which is more effective than page-by-page troubleshooting after the fact; deleting documents is not a physical deletion, there is still a chance to recover through the recycle bin path. Perform a site health check after batch execution, compare the quantity and status before and after the changes, and stop the subsequent batches immediately if deviations are found.
Can the skill decide what content to change by itself?Read-only analysis can be performed independently; write operations require approval by a person at the confirmation stage of the same round.
Will the high-risk areas that are closed by default be mistakenly opened? It needs to be explicitly enabled, not in the default tool interface, and external clients cannot access it.
Do you need to learn a set of operations all over again when connecting to an external AI client?Do not need, the intent directory is the same set, approval and permission follow the background settings.

Template changes waiting in line for front-end, is a common delivery bottleneck for small and medium-sized enterprise websites. AI visual template editing is suitable for handling changes to local styles, copywriting, and label parameters, which can save a round of communication and scheduling; the risk is concentrated in the invisible scenarios of changes to shared segments and data values. This article gives the types of changes suitable for AI, the boundaries that cannot be changed directly, and the verification sequence after the changes are made.

Email reminders are for events facing site administrators, and email subscriptions are for regular updates of site content. Both have different links and switches should be separated. This article explains how to converge the reminder scope by event type, how to reduce duplicate notifications by the review process of comments and messages, and how to coordinate with form-side verification measures to avoid disturbing operations and subscription users at the same time.
