Feature Introduction

Is the timing release enough or should there be a pending release status, how many steps are there in content scheduling?

Content scheduling is not enough just with timing release: Drafts are responsible for repeated revisions during creation, pending release is responsible for entering the queue waiting for online, timing release determines when content takes effect as a time factor. Before release, content review and sensitive word filtering checkpoints are also required, draft preview links are only for internal confirmation, and should not be indexed by search engines.

Content scheduling Schedule publishing

Feature Introduction

Is content scheduling enough just by relying on scheduled publication? Not enough. Scheduled publication solves the problem of 'when it takes effect', but an article from writing to going online still needs to go through two issues such as 'who is still editing' and 'which day to be scheduled', which is the responsibility of the draft and pending publication states. AnQiCMS's document status is divided into formal documents, drafts, pending publication, and recycle bin, and only by adding the time factor of scheduled publication, the scheduling chain is complete.

Each of the three states manages a period of time

  • Draft: The author is still writing and modifying. The draft link with the preview=true parameter can preview the rendering effect, and the modification process does not affect the online version.
  • Pending publication: The content has been finalized and entered the online queue, only waiting for time or process confirmation.
  • Scheduled publication: Set the effective time for the pending publication content, and it will automatically become an official document at the designated time, which is a typical use of the time factor.

Three states separated, scheduling has a grasp: Editors see the pending publication list, authors see the draft box, and the action of going online at the designated time is completed by scheduled publication, without the need for a person to wait for the clock to publish.

How to set the time factor

When scheduling content for timed release, it is recommended to use "program time slots" instead of filling in the time at will: distribute the release rhythm evenly throughout the day to avoid multiple articles being released at the same minute. The update time of the already published content is also a time factor; refreshing the time after modification or supplementing data is more beneficial for maintaining existing收录 and links than creating a new article on the same topic.

What checkpoints are there before publishing?

Ensure the scheduling is accurate, the content itself must be compliant first. AnQiCMS's content security settings provide sensitive word filtering and keyword replacement, as well as content review capabilities. It is recommended to go through the pending release stage once: content that hits sensitive words should either be replaced or returned to the draft for modification, to avoid having to withdraw from the recycle bin after going live and disrupting the scheduling rhythm.

How to schedule the schedule

Status Responsible person The action under this status Check before going online
draft Author Writing and modifying Content review passed
Pending publication Edit In queue, fixed schedule No hits on sensitive word filtering
Schedule publishing System Automatically take effect at the point Time matches with the column
Official document Operation Monitoring collection and access Regular review and update

Visibility of preview link

Draft preview is distinguished by the preview=true mark, which is only used for internal confirmation of the layout. Pay attention to two points: first, do not distribute the preview link to the public channel, and second, cooperate with the robots configuration to declare the paths that are not to be crawled clearly, internal confirmation belongs to internal confirmation, and the crawling scope of search engines is executed according to the declaration.

Common questions

Will scheduled release and pending release repeat? Will not, the status of waiting to be published, the scheduled release is to make the status take effect automatically at a specified time, one is responsible for queuing and the other for the point of arrival.

What should I do if the scheduled release fails? The content is still in the status of waiting to be published or in draft, correct the cause (commonly review not passed) and reset the time again.

Can the scheduling be launched early?Yes, change the scheduled time to an earlier one or release manually; similarly, if there is a problem with the content, it can also be returned to draft before taking effect.

When comment sections and forms are flooded by robots, which part do captcha and filtering take care of?

Tackle machine comment section and form spamming by layering: reCAPTCHA captcha blocks automated requests at the submission entry, JWT authentication converges interface calls, sensitive word filtering and content review process the data that has entered, anti SQL injection and XSS filtering贯穿 the entire chain. The captcha manages 'whether it is a person', the filter manages 'whether the content can be left.'

How to review AI-generated content before it goes live, what sensitive word filtering and keyword replacement sections manage.

AI batch content generation goes through three stages of launch review: filtering and intercepting sensitive words and risk statements, replacing keywords with unified terminology and brand writing, and doing backup rewriting. The recycle bin handles the rollback of mistakenly sent or deleted content. Coordinate with the inspection process and traceability method of AI automatic writing to maintain both batch productivity and release safety.

All the articles on the entire site were emptied in one night, which part of the interference code and robots configuration manages?

When content is collected in bulk, the robots configuration is responsible for the declaration level, specifying which paths should not be crawled; anti-crawling interference codes are responsible for the content level, making the pages collected in bulk unusable as inferior products. Both manage declarations and finished products, and in conjunction with the sensitive word filtering and content review on the publishing side, they constitute a complete anti-transfer chain.
